Privacy
Public: your display name, optional tagline, category, optional country, destination link, artwork, pixel area, pixel count, amount paid and participant number. These appear on the canvas, in the ledger and on your entry page.
Private: your email address and payment references. They are stored for receipts and support and are never exposed through the public canvas, ledger or API surfaces.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card details.
Ask the Era answers questions using only public participant data. Questions and answers are not stored.
Cookies and local storage: we use only strictly necessary storage. Our payment provider sets cookies on the checkout step to process your payment and prevent fraud, and the site keeps a small amount of technical state in your browser so a reservation survives a page refresh. There is no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking, so no consent banner is shown. If we ever add non-essential tracking, we will ask for consent first.
Example spots and the 1956 landmark: a few areas are platform-made demonstrations and one is a historical landmark. They involve no personal data, are not participants, and are excluded from the ledger and all statistics.
To correct or remove personal details, contact us and reference your participant number. Placement geometry stays on the canvas even if identifying details are removed.
