Claiming pixels is free. It reserves a display placement on this canvas, with a minimum area of 10×10 pixels and a maximum of 5,000 pixels per person. Nothing is sold: it is not a purchase, a subscription, a security, or a transfer of ownership in this website.

We intend placements to be permanent and will keep them displayed for as long as the site operates. Placements are non-transferable. Positions and sizes cannot be changed after publication; you may request a correction to your name, link or artwork, subject to review.

Every submission is reviewed before publication. We may refuse or remove content that breaks the content policy, infringes rights, or endangers visitors. If a submission is refused, the pixels return to the canvas and your allowance is restored.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you hold the rights to the artwork, name and link you provide. Links must remain safe and lawful; we may disable a link that becomes harmful.

The service is free and provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is excluded.
